Please find below the results of our Asking Price Report for 2018 which shows results for median and average pricing for new listings for the entire year.  Overall the median and average finished up at 4.6% and 4.2% respectively showing a more optimistic seller in 2018 with perhaps the anticipation that tax changes may help small business such as restaurants.  The third quarter showed the most solid gains for both median and average which parallels the growth and optimism in the stock market.
