Please find below the results of our Asking Price Report for 2017 which shows results for median and average pricing for new listings for the entire year.  Overall the median and average finished mixed at -4.8% and 2.9% respectively.  The second quarter showed the most solid gains for both median and average with a pullback in the 4th quarter for both as well.
