Please find below the results of our Asking Price Report for 2016 which shows results for median and average pricing for new listings for the entire year.  Overall the median and average price both grew very slight at 2.2% and 1.6%.  The 4th quarter showed some signs of price moderation but there was more limited activity perhaps driven by some uncertainty around the presidential election.
