Please find below the results of our Asking Price Report for 2015 which shows results for median and average pricing for new listings for the entire year.  Overall the median and average price were both up at 13.1% and 3.9% respectively. The greatest growth in pricing was seen in the first quarter with a positive outlook for the year and a strong fourth quarter.
